Mens Xtreme Challenge MXCMy ladies kept asking when I would kick their husbands asses!!! So, I finally did. MXC is a complete success, it started as a one day Men’s Boot Camp workout and expanded into a full 5 X / week for an 8 week program with nutrition, hardcore workouts and even running! The results were amazing! Brian V lost 35.8 LBS in only 8 weeks!!! He worked so hard at very class, I am just so proud of him! The men became stronger and could play their sports with more endurance and speed. These workouts are designed specifically for men, gearing towards endurance and core strength. But,don’t be fooled just because these classes are taught by women behind pink walls and our studio is named Heartbreaker-these are the toughest workouts around! In the 8 weeks I spent participating in the Men’s Xtreme Challenge at Heartbreakers, Marla pushed me beyond what I ever thought myself capable of – I was doing up to 200 push-ups, running 5K, and eating healthy food; keep in mind that I started at almost 300 pounds.
